I'm a product-focused software engineer based in Dipolog City, Philippines. I build complete systems: from database design and backend APIs to polished frontends and automated deployment pipelines.
My approach is pragmatic: I focus on shipping working software with sound engineering judgment. That means choosing the right tool for the constraint, not the most interesting one. I care about maintainability, developer experience, and building things that are easy to reason about.
I've worked across the stack in roles ranging from freelance consulting to startup engineering, building everything from ERP platforms and inventory management systems to AI-powered applications. I'm particularly drawn to problems that require systems thinking, where the hard part isn't any single component, but making them all work together reliably.
